Tom Welke, 70 of Tomahawk, WI is still going through the court process, 16 months after I caught him trying to meet a 13 year old girl for sex.
His defense attorney has filed a motion to have Tom's ankle monitor removed, as he's out on bond. The state has DENIED this motion, making Tom likely the oldest person is Wisconsin with an ankle monitor.

If you watch our videos until the end (after the credits) you know I always put a short weird/funny/stupid bit at the end. On our latest video, for Juan Aguilar, I worked extensively on this 17-second clip, but YouTube deleted the whole video due to the copyrights of this clip. I assumed it was the audio that triggered the removal, so I replaced the audio, but it got deleted AGAIN. So I had to completely remove the clip from the video, but luckily Locals is here to let me share it with you all. I guess FIFA take the ownership of their content VERY seriously...
