Cody's crimes against children have been going on for over 7 years now. The good news is that he's finally behind bars, and hopefully for much longer than a year this time. Sadly, I feel the cost was far greater than it needed to be. Had Dane County been more willing to pursue charges against Cody after I reported him back in 2022, maybe his more recent crimes wouldn't have taken place...
After all of these events, Cody still shows no remorse. Even in jail, he refuses to attend most of his court appearances. I'm hoping that's used against him at his Walworth County sentencing hearing next month. It appears he took a plea deal, as he originally pled "Not Guilty" to all charges and later changed 2 of them to "Guilty."
The Rock County case is still very early in its proceedings, but I will continue to keep you all updated on outcomes, sentences, and verdicts. I am unsure if there are real victims in these recent cases, but sadly there appears to be. Let's all hope they see the justice they deserve.

On our latest video, for Juan Aguilar, I worked extensively on this 17-second clip, but YouTube deleted the whole video due to the copyrights of this clip. I assumed it was the audio that triggered the removal, so I replaced the audio, but it got deleted AGAIN. So I had to completely remove the clip from the video, but luckily Locals is here to let me share it with you all. I guess FIFA take the ownership of their content VERY seriously...

Hubanks, now 34, was charged in Walworth County, Wisconsin with "Use a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime," "Child Enticement," and "Solicit Intimate Representation from Minor" on 03/28/2025. He pled GUILTY to the first two charges on 11/19/2025, and the third charge was dismissed.
On 04/08/2026, Cody Hubanks was sentenced to a total of 23 YEARS IN PRISON for his crimes, and will register as an Sex Offender for the rest of his life. Hubanks' expected release date for this sentence is 03/21/2048, when he is 56 years of age.
BUT THERE'S MORE... Cody Hubanks still has a pending trial in Rock County, Wisconsin, where he was charged with 4 counts of "Cause Child to View Sexual Activity," 3 counts of "Solicit Intimate Representation from Minor," and "Threats to Communicate Derogatory Info" on 09/11/2025. Hubanks pled NOT GUILTY to all of these charges on 03/13/2026, and his trial is expected to take place later this ...
