Hubanks, now 34, was charged in Walworth County, Wisconsin with "Use a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime," "Child Enticement," and "Solicit Intimate Representation from Minor" on 03/28/2025. He pled GUILTY to the first two charges on 11/19/2025, and the third charge was dismissed.
On 04/08/2026, Cody Hubanks was sentenced to a total of 23 YEARS IN PRISON for his crimes, and will register as an Sex Offender for the rest of his life. Hubanks' expected release date for this sentence is 03/21/2048, when he is 56 years of age.
BUT THERE'S MORE... Cody Hubanks still has a pending trial in Rock County, Wisconsin, where he was charged with 4 counts of "Cause Child to View Sexual Activity," 3 counts of "Solicit Intimate Representation from Minor," and "Threats to Communicate Derogatory Info" on 09/11/2025. Hubanks pled NOT GUILTY to all of these charges on 03/13/2026, and his trial is expected to take place later this year. I'll continue to keep you all updated on this case.
Sadly, real children have been victimized by Cody Hubanks since I caught and exposed him in July of 2022. After our confrontation, I reported him to Dane County, who chose not to pursue charges against him. Had they charged him at that time, it's possible these REAL CHILDREN wouldn't have been harmed.

If you watch our videos until the end (after the credits) you know I always put a short weird/funny/stupid bit at the end. On our latest video, for Juan Aguilar, I worked extensively on this 17-second clip, but YouTube deleted the whole video due to the copyrights of this clip. I assumed it was the audio that triggered the removal, so I replaced the audio, but it got deleted AGAIN. So I had to completely remove the clip from the video, but luckily Locals is here to let me share it with you all. I guess FIFA take the ownership of their content VERY seriously...

Hello 👋 I was wondering if they consider bad guys to be like a Hydra cut one head multiple more pop up then why not actively have a service set up not to just hide you but actively start reporting and doing all the big and minor things it takes whenever you cross a site that is explicitly hidden by VPN and other software apps and other places that is designed by its nature to be evil you could now this part would probably be illegal but hey all's fear in war hehehe 🐾 what's love but you could have an automatic bot army ready for each costumer that is set up to actively try and take down and go through or hack the bad guys that seems extremely hardcore for a basic user package but in today's world I would absolutely be okay with that no longer just hiding but your very presence online would actively report and track all explicit or dangerous messages to minor or other threatening messages and or content would be flagged not just by your network IP and everyone that do that now ...
